Cogmento CRM offers a Kanban board view for deals and tasks, providing you with a visual representation of your workflow and making it easy to manage your progress.
A Kanban board is a project management tool designed to help visualize work, limit work-in-progress, and maximize efficiency. It allows teams to visualize workflow stages and the progression of tasks or deals through these stages.
A typical Kanban board consists of multiple columns, each representing a stage in the workflow. Within each column, cards represent individual tasks or deals. As work progresses, these cards are moved from one column to the next, visually representing the advancement of work through the workflow.
In Cogmento, the Kanban board view allows you to visually manage your deals and tasks. To use the Kanban view:
Navigate to either deals or tasks, and select the Kanban board view.
Choose the base field to separate each Kanban column. This field determines the workflow stages represented in the Kanban view. To move deals or tasks through the workflow, simply drag and drop them from one column to the next. Moving a card from one column to another effectively changes the value of the base field for that deal or task, reflecting the progress of work in real-time.
The Kanban board view in Cogmento CRM provides a visual and interactive way to manage your workflow, improving efficiency and making it easier to keep track of the status of various deals and tasks.
